行动党沦为“行骗党”,只敢骂马华却无能阻止伊党呈伊刑法法案， DAP betrayed non-Muslims by not stopping PAS over hudud law

        马华雪州联委会秘书黄祚信炮轰行动党，已经沦为不折不扣的“行骗党”，在伊斯兰刑事法课题上出卖非穆斯林权益，伊斯兰党主席哈迪阿旺和公正党副主席蔡添强公开揭发，民联最高理事会已经同意伊斯兰党在吉兰丹和登嘉楼落实伊刑法，而行动党国会领袖林吉祥却继续回避课题，把矛头对准马华，却无能阻止伊斯兰党提呈伊刑法的法案。

        也是马华中委的黄祚信担心，如果伊斯兰刑事法私人法案在国会通过，除了民联执政的吉兰丹州将实行伊斯兰刑事法外，由民联执政的雪州也将步其后尘，成为第二个实行伊斯兰刑事法的州属。 他说，雪州的穆斯林州议员占多数，伊斯兰党及行动党分别占有15名州议员，公正党拥有14名州议员，巫统则有12名州议员，如果伊斯兰刑事法私人法案在国会通过，预料雪州的伊斯兰党州议员也将动议在雪州实行伊斯兰刑事法。

        他指出，行动党的15名非穆斯林州议员根本无法阻止占三分之二穆斯林州议员的雪州实行伊斯兰刑事法。 黄祚信强调，伊斯兰刑事法私人法案在国会的通过，也象征雪州将成为第二个实行伊斯兰刑事法的州属，非穆斯林，尤其是华裔的生活也必将受到严重影响，令人担忧。

        DAP has conned the non-Muslims on the implementation of hudud law as their lies have been exposed by PAS President Dato’ Seri Abdul Hadi Awang and PKR Vice-President Tian Chua that the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) Supreme Council had agreed to allow PAS to implement hudud law in both Terengganu and Kelantan.        

        Meanwhile, DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang continues to run away from the topic and blames MCA for not stopping PAS.       

         If the Private Member’s Bill by PAS is passed in Parliament, other states such PR-led Selangor may also follow suit to become the second state to implement hudud law because the number of Muslim state assemblymen are the majority there. PAS and DAP both have 15 state assemblymen each, while PKR has 14 and UMNO has 12.       

         Thus, the 15 non-Muslim assemblymen from DAP will never be able to stop their Muslim members from agreeing to implement hudud law in Selangor.        

        Therefore the passing of the Bill in Parliament will mean that Selangor may be the next state to implement this theocratic law. This will undoubtedly affect the people’s daily life.
